WINTER TRACK & FIELD THROWS TRAINING
Shot put & Discus technique training Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays between December 6 and March 2
Human Performance Strength & Conditioning packages also available.
ID Hockey Spring Development Classes include ESP (Power Skating), D-CORE (Defense specific training), and O-SET (Offense and Scoring specific training).
