More ice time than anyone else can offer
We offer a minimum of 120 on ice training hours per tier each year. In addition we offer goalie specific training hours and 2:1 goalie to coach training sessions to hone your skills. More opportunities than anyone else

Variety of on ice training
Each on-ice training hour consists of 20 minutes of individual skill work, 20 minutes of intense drills, and finishes with 20 minutes of small /competitive games. Each week also includes a scrimmage and goalie specific training hours. We’ve got all the angles covered

Unlimited off-ice training
Off ice training is available 40-50 hours a week from March-November allowing you to train in our facilities anytime you get that urge. Go ahead separate yourself

Spring: Thursdays and some Sundays @ Blaine
We will be offering goalie specific training every Thursday (Blaine) Nights starting March 25, 2010. The sessions will be reserved for six (6) goaltenders to receive specialized and more individualized training. Goalies can expect 50 to 60 minutes of intense instruction aimed to leverage each goalie's individual strengths. No more than 3:1 goalie to coach ratio. Sessions run March 25 through June 8, 2010. Sunday goalie specific sessions will also be offered. Members, check your calendars after you log in!

Summer:
We will be offering Goalie Specific/Instructional On-Ice for the 2010 Membership Goalies. We will be offering a minimum (with up to 5) goalie specific sessions per week, at both campuses (STA & Blaine) for six (6) goaltenders to receive specialized and more individualized training. Goalies can expect 45 to 60 minutes of intense instruction aimed to leverage each goalie's individual strengths. No more than 3:1 goalie to coach ratio. Sessions run early June 15 through August 27, 2010.

60 minutes of intense instruction aimed to leverage each goalie's individual strengths. Goaltenders will train on a full zone of real ice giving them the opportunity to learn and experiment in the same setting they play in. This is an intense focused training hour, so goaltenders will be partnered with another goalie to allow for recovery time. No more than 2:1 goalie to coach ratio. Sessions run early June through August
