FHIT Players

Director PJ Atherton will be in charge of training defensemen.  PJ is a former U of MN Golden Gopher defenseman and professional hockey player.

We will be coaching players specifically on the defensive aspects of the game.  Skating specifically for defense will be emaphsized throughout the program.  Other areas of emphasis will be 1 on 1 play and gap control, puck retrievals and breakouts, defensive zone play and offensive play.

D-Core is another flexible program that allows you to purchase credits that are valid for use of any ID-Hockey program for up to one year. This program is based on teaching the specific skills necessary to excel at your position.

Program Packages:  $35 per credit for 10 credits
                                    $50  for individual credits
*most classes are 1 hour in length and equal 1 credit

Classes Offered: Over 240 classes are offered throughout the year

Age Levels for Classes 

• Boys Ages 10-13
• Boys Ages 14 and Up
• Girls Ages 12 and Up
